Alliance Cleaning holds three ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. These certifications are independently audited and demonstrate our systematic approach to delivering consistent service, managing environmental impact, and protecting staff welfare.

We reduce environmental impact through practical measures across our operations. We select eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that meet COSHH regulations. We use microfibre technology to reduce water and chemical consumption. We work with sustainability-focused suppliers, prioritising UK manufacturers to reduce transport emissions. Our ISO 14001 certification requires us to continuously identify and address environmental aspects of our work.

The programme is designed for anyone looking to build confidence, improve employability, or progress within our company. Many of our supervisors and managers started as cleaning operatives and developed through this pathway. It reflects our belief that investing in people creates better outcomes for everyone.

We manage TUPE transfers with transparency and care. When staff transfer to Alliance from another employer, we communicate clearly about what the change means for them, protect their existing terms and conditions as required by law, and provide proper induction into our ways of working. We understand that contract changes can be unsettling, so we prioritise clear information and accessible management throughout the process.

Through our Alliance Giving Back initiative, we support local communities and charitable causes. In 2025, we pledged 650 volunteer hours across environmental sustainability projects and community welfare programmes. We also provide complimentary cleaning services to worthy causes and participate in charitable fundraising.
