What is the Quality Assurance Service?
Disinfection cleaning and infection control in the workplace is the norm for Alliance Cleaning. However, associated with a clean and hygienic environment, there are other environmental safety factors which are not visible to the naked eye which have to be considered and measured.
As part of our Quality System, we have a Quality Assurance team. This team, or part of our Quality Management, focuses on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled. Our Quality Assurance team will audit service level and compliance to Health and Safety. The confidence provided by Quality Assurance is twofold: internally to management and externally to customers, government agencies, regulators, certifiers and third parties.
How the Quality Assurance Service Works
Our Quality Assurance Manager will visit your premises at least once a quarter to carry out QA audits and carry several value tests within your building using legally recognised i-know measuring tools among others. These tests will create measures and reports illustrating to the customer any areas of concern within your building which are not visible: “Making the invisible visible.”
